Client deliverables: Upon full payment for services, clients receive the usage rights specified in their service agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, SkyPoint Advisory retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.
Aerial content: All drone footage and photography produced by SkyPoint Advisory is delivered with full usage rights for the purposes outlined in the service agreement. Commercial broadcast, stock licensing, or resale of aerial content requires a separate written agreement.
SkyPoint Advisory holds FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and operates all commercial drone flights in compliance with FAA regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their project location and intended use comply with any applicable local ordinances, property restrictions, or venue rules regarding drone operations. SkyPoint Advisory will advise clients of any known airspace restrictions during the pre-shoot consultation process.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkyPoint Advisory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Drone photography and aerial video services are subject to weather conditions and FAA airspace availability. SkyPoint Advisory reserves the right to reschedule shoots due to unsafe weather conditions, restricted airspace, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Rescheduling due to weather or force majeure events will be completed at no additional charge to the client.
Payment terms for specific services are outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, a deposit is required to secure a booking date, with the balance due upon delivery of final files. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website or its server is free of viruses or other harmful components.
Results described in case studies and testimonials on our website reflect the experiences of specific clients and are not guaranteed. Individual results will vary based on market conditions, competition, and other factors outside our control.
